3 Simple Ways to Increase Brain Health

Mind, brain power and energy, imagination concept. 3D rendering

When we think of getting into shape we all probably automatically think of working out, building muscle, losing weight and getting toned. But I believe we tend to forget to get, or keep, our brains into shape.

1. Diet

What you put into your second brain effects your first brain. When you consume foods that make your body feel sluggish and dull it stands to reason that it would also make your brain sluggish and dull. We like our brains to be sharp and active, full of energy just as much as our bodies are.

So it’s time to dump out all those highly processed foods, full of preservatives and GMOs, high in fake sugar and dyes, and start filling up on good whole foods and lots of fruits and vegetables. Just to get you started, here are some favorite brain boosting foods:

Avocado – Don’t give them a bad rap because of their high fat content! It’s GOOD fat, guys! Rich in Vitamins B, C and K and folate, avocados can help prevent blood clots and can improve your brain function and memory.

Blueberries – High in antioxidants, they are a major brain boosting food AND they taste AMAZING! Packed full of Vitamin C, Vitamin K and fiber, blueberries are good at protecting your brain from stress.

Broccoli – Along with any leafy greens, broccoli is a great brain booster. It is high in Vitamin K to help sharpen your memory…and loads of Vitamin C and fiber!

Dark Chocolate – Hands off the Hershey’s Kisses! Not ALL chocolate is the same. The darker the better! Actual dark chocolate, minimally processed is full of antioxidants and flavonols to improve brain function and help the blood flow to the brain.

Salmon – Salmon is high in Omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce brain fog and improve memory and focus. BUT…avoid farmed fish, which can be very high in toxins and mercury. Go for wild caught Alaskan salmon (which tastes wonderful, by the way ๐Ÿ˜‰ ).

2. Exercise

An increased heart rate increases blood flow to the brain, sending in more oxygen and nutrients. This boosts your mood and reduces stress by releasing those “happy hormones and chemicals”, dopamine and endorphins…while sweeping out the stress chemicals.

Exercising gives you more energy during the day and helps you sleep better at night, which we KNOW improves brain function and improves memory.

If you are not sure where to start, or have not worked out in a while, here are some ideas. And remember, start out small and build your way up. It’s not worth hurting yourself! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Running/Walkingย  – Running is not everyone’s favorite thing (it’s not mine, for sure), and it can be hard on the back and legs if you do it wrong. But, if you do it right, it is still a good way to increase your heart rate and build up your endurance. Walking is also a good, and slower, way to do it.

Biking – It’s easier on the joints than running, and it is also a good way to build up endurance and increase your heart rate.

Dancing – Who says you can’t have fun while you are working out??

Swimming – You can get some good exercise AND cool down during the summer! A double win!!

Stair climbing – This one is easy to do. You can find stairs anywhere! It’s pretty easy on your joints, but it can still get your heart rate up (especially if you do it several times). TIP: Whenever you can, opt for stairs, instead of an elevator or escalator.

3. Be Intentional with Your Thoughts

They have a lot of power. What you put into your mind, believe it or not, effects your brain’s health. If you take everything in, think on every dark, sad, depressing thought, all the fears, negativity, lies, what ifs and unknowns in life, it starts to bog you down and control your brain.

I have talked about the importance of our emotions in health, and really being mindful of our thoughts and emotions. You can check out that article HERE.

The main point is this:

What affects the brain affects the entire body. Be vigilant to protect it and keep it going strong. Especially as we get older and things in this world are intent on tearing it down.ย  Remind yourself of truth… start quoting scripture to yourself. Have a few memory verses to say when all the negative thoughts start to pour in. So…stop LISTENING to yourself and start TALKING to yourself.

Bonus: Essential Oils

Aromatherapy is also a good way to boost your brain health. Here are some favorites!

Lemon/Orange – Citrus oils are great for uplifting your spirits and body and promoting clarity and boosting your mood and focus.

Peppermint – This is also an uplifting oil that can help boost your memory and concentration.

Vetiver – Can help soothe anxiety and nervousness, and also improve sleep.

Jasmine – It is an uplifting smell and can help ease stress and anxiety.

Lavender – This is a good oil for easing stress, relaxation and helping to promote sleep.

5 Ways to Enjoy Winter This Year!

bigstock--259929574

Cold, holidays, ice, snow (if you live in the right parts of the world), fires in the fireplace, afternoons and evenings curled up with a mug of hot chocolate and a good book. Some cozy days, some gloomy days, some sunny days, some grey days. There is a lot about winter to be excited for…and a lot that just makes us feel down and gloomy (especially if you are not a fan of winter…and live somewhere where winter is really blah).

But there is good news! When winter starts to get old and get you down, here are some ways to keep up good health and good attitude for these remaining grey winter months:

1. Food

What you eat affects so much. Your health AND your mood. Make sure you are eating good whole foods, no processed foods, sugar and dyes. When consuming fruits and vegetables, make sure you are eating the ones in season. Eating fruits and vegetables out of season can cause a whole lot of other problems. You can check out my article HERE about eating in season, and for a list of good winter produce.

2. Essential Oils

They can’t change the weather, but they can help to boost your mood over the dreary winter months. They can also help to keep up your immune system to make sure you stay healthy…which, for me, is a great mood booster. Some winter oils to place into your diffuser are Peppermint and Lemon, Lavender, Wintergreen and Orange, and…should you want a little taste of spring along with a mood booster, Jasmine is also a favorite.

3. Sleep

All year ’round good sleep is essential to good health and mood. Develop good habits of getting to sleep at a decent time each night and stopping the technology time in bed to get better quality sleep.

4. Embrace Cold Weather

This one may be a little hard for those who don’t like cold weather…but there are a lot of benefits to the cold. Use it as an excuse to move. Get out there and warm up with some exercises like a brisk walk to get the heart rate up and the lungs working. It helps stimulate the brain and help to wake you up and improve mood, trust me. We can’t change the weather or the season we are in, but we can use it to the best of our abilities and embrace all the different beauty and health benefits that God has given each season of the year.

5. Fellowship

When it’s cold and ugly outside we really don’t want to go out. SO! It’s a good excuse to curl up at the house with family (or friends) and play some games, watch a movie, and just enjoy each other’s company. Maybe even with some hot tea or hot apple cider. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Don’t use the cold and blah days as an excuse to isolate yourself. Being around your loved ones can really help to improve your mood (at least, most of the time) ๐Ÿ˜›

From Resolution to Habit

Time For Change Clockface

Making New Years resolutions is the thing to do, right? Make a long or short list of things you want to do better in the coming year and hope for the best. But what is the point? We start out strong enough, but after about a week we slow down and before the end of the month we have dropped it completely. In theory, they are a good idea. Trying to improve your health or lifestyle. But if they don’t last, or stress us out, should we be making resolutions?

I don’t think there is anything wrong with the idea…just the execution of it. We tend to get over zealous and bite off more than we can chew, then choke on it. This year, let’s try a different approach. Let’s start by taking smaller bites and steps and working our way up. Remember the saying, “slow and steady wins the race.” That turtle knew what he was doing, and I think we can take some lessons from him. We tend to want to get things done big and fast! And, while there is admiration in that, it’s not always practical…or the best and most assured way of accomplishing your goals.

Here are some of the most popular New Years Resolutions that people make, and some ideas on how to accomplish them. BUT…here’s the catch! DON’T pick as many as you want to do!! JUST PICK ONE! Start out with the one you want to accomplish the most, start out small and slowly build up until it has become a habit…then you can move on to another one.

1. Limit Toxins

We know there are a lot of toxins in our every day lives, and not just from the food we eat, but from the products we use and the things we are around. Start by picking ONE toxic thing to get rid of or replace. Things like makeup, soap and beauty products, cleaning supplies and scented candles are all good places to start cleaning up the toxins in your daily life.

2. Limit Technology

This one is tricky. Our cellphones, computers and TV can tend to rule our lives. We spend the majority of our day starting at a screen, watching entertainment, chatting with someone, looking up something or just scrolling through Pinterest or social media. But we also work on them…SO…set up a reasonable amount of time to be on your devices each day, and don’t deviate from it. Limit distractions that would cause you to take longer in your work. Don’t keep your phone with you all the time. When you are with spending time with family and friends, put it away, and show them that they are more important to you than anything you can find on a screen. And try and keep your phone out of your bedroom at night. Turn off all your devices about an hour before retiring and place your cellphone in the next room.

3. Drink More Water

We ALL need to drink more water. But sometimes it is hard…we don’t feel like it, we forget, or we just don’t like the taste of it right now. Here is a way I have found to get more water in your body…without necessarily realizing it: Do you have a water bottle? Good. Keep it full, and keep it nearby. While you are working, watching a movie, listening to something, or out and about. When you get bored, or start thinking about what you are working on, instead of waling to the kitchen to munch on a snack…reach for your water bottle. It empties faster than you might think when you start doing it by habit.

4. Eat Less Junk Food

Let’s face it…the American diet is mostly junk food: Sugar, Soda, Dye, Processed Foods, MSG, GMOs, etc. But, we can make better choices and start eliminating those nasty foods…it will just take some time and a lot of determination. You can start by slowly eliminating one thing a week/month. (Now, this will mean you have to start reading labels.)

5. Exercise More

This is not as hard as you might think. You don’t have to go all out at the beginning. Start one day at a time, adding a day each week. And it could be as simple as taking a walk around your neighborhood, slowly building up the intensity.

6. Spend More Time Outside

Again, this is more simple than you might think. Taking a walk once a day, having your daily devotions outside, sitting outside and watching the sunset with your family, going to the park (you can even take your work or a project with you, if you are able).

7. Eat Healthier

We all say we should get more fruits, vegetables, protein, supplements, vitamins and minerals. If you decide to take some junk food out of your diet it becomes easier to add in these types of foods and eat a healthier diet.

8. Spend More Time with Family

It is easy to allow other things to get in the way of spending time with family. Don’t schedule activities every day of the week. Pick a day to be family night. Play some games, watch a movie, work on a project together.

9. Be More Productive

You have to prioritize. Make a list of the things you wish to accomplish during the week (starting with the highest priority), limit distractions. Then start going down the list each day. If a lower priority task does not get accomplished when you wish, it’s OK. Keep working on it. And you soon get into a groove for completing the tasks that are most important. It may mean giving up something on your “want list” in order to get a job done. We have time for, and accomplish the things we want most…and when we focus on what we are doing.

10. Be More Positive

We can all be a Negative Nancy in our world today. There is a lot of things to think negatively about. But what we don’t always see are the thousands of things to be thankful for each and every day. Did you know there are several things to be thankful for each day? And I am only asking you to think of ONE. Each day, look for one thing you can be thankful for, write it on a piece of paper and place it in a jar. Then, at the end of the year, you can open it up and read about all the good things God gave you each day of the year!

New Years resolutions ARE attainable, we just have to look for a different way of accomplishing our goals. And if you stumble or miss some days/steps along the way…just pick yourself up and keep moving forward. That is the key: the direction, not the speed. So DON’T GIVE UP!

HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!

The Medicine of Laughter

Beauty joyful girl with daysy flowers on her eyes enjoying natur

“I love to laugh,

Loud and long and clear!

I love to laugh,

So everybody can hear!”

(That seems to be one of the favorite and most catchy tunes from the movie…behind “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”, of course.)

We all love to laugh, right? It lightens up the mood, brings people closer together and makes us feel good (except maybe when we laugh so hard our sides hurt). What about when you are feeling really down, or having a bad day? Doesn’t it really brighten up your day, your mood, and even your whole body when someone (or something) makes you laugh? But have you ever thought much about WHY laughing makes you feel better…both emotionally and physically?

“The more you laugh,

The more you fill with glee!

The more the glee,

The more we’re a merrier we!”

Laughter is contagious. Even if you don’t know what you are laughing at sometimes you can’t help but laugh when everyone else is. And sometimes other people’s laughs make you laugh.

Science Behind Laughter

It’s true! Laughter is SCIENTIFICALLY good for your health! Now, I know science is not everyone’s favorite subject (it can get overwhelming sometimes for even the best of us), but just hang with me for a moment. I promise: no super technical terms or hard to pronounce words.

Laughter releases endorphins

Endorphins: Known as the “feel good” chemicals. They interact with brain receptors to help you feel more focused, less impacted by pain and put you in a better mood.

They have much in common with anti-anxiety prescriptions, though without all the risks…and much better for you! They work with your body’s design, not against it.

Endorphins work with serotonin and dopamine hormones.

Serotonin is a “happy hormone”. It improves mood, helps beat depression. It is needed for mood stabilization, good sleep, dreaming AND even blood pressure levels, digestion, and the regulation of body temperature.

Studies also show that laughter is linked to an elevated pain threshold.

It helps keep your brain sharp and more attentive. Don’t you usually feel more awake and alert after a good laugh? I know I do.

Another Thought:

Even the bible tells us laughter and merriment is good for us: “A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.” Proverbs 15:13

In several other verses in Proverbs…and all throughout the scripture, it speaks of the good of being merry and rejoicing together.

Ecclesiastes says there is a time and a purpose for everything…even laughter and dancing.

So… LAUGH, my friend!ย

Glowing Beautiful Skin – What to Do and NOT Do

bigstock--128585471

Our skin reflects what is going on in our body.

What happens in our gut effects what happens throughout our entire body. So you begin with the gut to cleanse the skin. Here is a list of some of my favorite “do”s and “don’t”s for healthy skin, starting with…

What Goes Inside

NO gluten – Gluten can cause inflammation and cause irritation to the gut and digestive system. Remember, what happens in the gut effects the rest of the body. Plus, the gluten in the U.S. today is highly processed and grown with chemicals that can do lots of damage to the body.

NO dairy – The dairy industry today is quite a bit different than back in the olden days. Especially that from cows. Dairy can cause inflammation and it can cause your skin to produce excess sebum which leads to clogged pores and more acne.

NO sugar – Sugar can break down the collagen in your body and your skin can lose its elasticity. It can also cause inflammation. Opt for an antioxidant honey instead.

NO highly processed foods – All the extra sugar and chemical intake from these foods wears down the collagen and elastin in your skin. It also causes inflammation in the skin, which can lead to acne breakouts. (NOTE: Processed foods can be kind of tricky to define. It’s probably a good idea to know what processed foods are.)

Stay hydrated – Even when you don’t feel like drinking water adding some cucumbers and watermelon to your diet (especially during the summer) is a delicious way to stay hydrated. ๐Ÿ™‚

EAT probiotics – The good bacteria in probiotics helps keep your gut healthy. Having a healthy gut helps to have healthy skin.

EAT Omega-3s – Your omega-9 fatty acids are great for glowing skin. They can help soothe inflammation that can be a cause for acne breakouts as well.

EAT Vitamin C – It is well known for having antioxidant properties, and can also help against sun damage. Citrus fruits and vegetables are a great natural source of this important vitamin.

EAT Bone Broth – Bone broth is high in collagen which can help reduce inflammation and improve the skin’s elasticity.

What Goes Outside

Clean and treat your face at night. Your face gets dirty throughout the day, and your makeup can clog your pores, causing more breakouts.

Switching your products too regularly might not agree with your skin. Give the product time to work.

Look at the ingredients. Avoid chemicals and synthetic scents and colors. The closer to nature your products are, the better for your skin. Do you know how much FOOD you can put on to help your skin health?? There are a lot I could name, but I’ll just give you three favorites.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar – Apple cider vinegar can help to kill pathogens and helps to cleanse the skin. It contains potassium and magnesium to help balance gut bacteria, which is vital to skin health. It is also a more inexpensive product…and it can go a long way.
  • Coconut Oil – Coconut oil can help strengthen the epidermal tissue, ease sunburns and is even a good makeup remover. It contains anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, plus a lot of healthy fats that help nourish the gut and improve immune function. A way to improve your skin health from the inside out!
  • Raw Honey – RAW honey is full of enzymes, nutrients and vitamins for the skin. It also contains antiseptic qualities that can help with rashes, scars and wounds, and may help to reduce breakouts and contain moisturizing properties.

Essential Oils

  • Lemon – Lemon just seems to brighten up everything! And your face is no exception! It is antibacterial and it can help lighten dark spots and tone the skin. avoid applying lemon, or any citrus oil, to your skin that will be exposed to sunlight or UV light for 24 hours.
  • Lavender – Lavender contains antimicrobial and antioxidant characteristics that make it great for the skin. It is one of the more gentler oils so it can be soothing for itching and burning skin. And soothing to the nose as well.
  • Frankincense – Frankincense has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. It may help to strengthen and tone the skin and may improve elasticity. It may also help to reduce the appearance of scars and acne.
  • Tea Tree – Tea Tree oil has long been used in Australia to help fight inflammation, break outs and some redness on the skin. It is usually very gentle on the skin and is great when combined with a carrier oil…such as coconut oil.

5 Great Ideas For Spring Health

bigstock--223800529

Spring Cleaning

Something about spring makes us want to clean and organize our homes. Cleaning out rooms and getting rid of things we don’t need or want any more makes us feel lighter and fresher. A fitting feeling for spring I would say.

However, spring cleaning shouldn’t just be focused on our homes and the “stuff” in it. I think it should also apply to our bodies as well. Cleaning up our diets and getting rid of all the yucky foods that our bodies don’t need is a great way to get that lighter, fresher feeling both inside and out! Plus, you can kill two birds with one stone and give your fridge a good cleaning out at the same time!

Food – What’s in Season?

Asparagus – This super food is chock full of Vitamins K and C! It helps feed the good bacteria in your digestive tract. Comes in handy during the seasons when our immune systems can be compromised.ย

Broccoli – The Italians introduced it to us. You can cook it, boil it, steam it or just eat it raw… and get a good dose of Vitamin C, calcium and fiber.

Rhubarbย – Yes, we make a famous pie out of a vegetable! In addition to being high in fiber to help with proper digestion, it is a great source of Vitamins K and C and iron.

Mangoย – A good dose of Vitamins C and A, full of fiber and potassium and can help your digestive system. It’s really a wonderful refreshing spring fruit!

Strawberries – On top of being delicious and very refreshing, they are high in Vitamin C to help build up your immune system during these compromising months. And they are also good for your teeth!ย

Weather and Colors

It really is true that colors have an effect upon our moods. Do you like to dress in colors that match the season? Florals or brighter, happier colors than you did in the fall and winter? The changing of the seasons is a good time to brighten up your wardrobe… and even your overall mood!

Good Springtime Oilsย

Jasmine –ย Sweet spring smell in a bottle! It lifts up your spirits and can help ease stress.

Lavender – This one is very well known. It’s sweet and uplifting smell can help to soothe stressful days, support the immune system and brighten your mood and get you eager for spring!

Lemon (other citrus oils) – Very few people can remain gloomy after smelling citrus. Lemon and orange are great for waking up the mind, and for supporting the immune system.

Peppermint – A favorite of many and a smell recognized by all, it brings alertness to your senses, supports your immune system… and makes you and your home smell wonderful!ย  (Peppermint is wonderful mixed with lemon…for a double whammy!)

Favorite Spring Events

The weather is so pretty! Get outside and enjoy it while it lasts! Hot scorching weather is coming… especially for Texas.

Get some exercise. Walk around your neighborhood, go for a hike or a bike ride. Take some deep breaths of fresh spring air… and take your camera with you! You might find some beautiful scenery or blooming flowers to photograph.

St. Patrick’s Day Health Food??

Homemade Corned Beef And Cabbage

“The luck o’ the Irish!” you hear. But are you really so lucky with the food? Let’s see! ๐Ÿ™‚

Potatoes

“Boil ’em, mash ’em, stick ’em in a stew!” Purple, yellow, red, sweet, russet. So many different kinds of potatoes, and so many different ways to eat ’em! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Benefits:

Potatoes contain a large variety of nutrients includingย potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc, copper, vitamin C and B vitamins. They are gluten free (hooray!), full of fiber and can help with blood sugar. Purple potatoes are good for helping to regulate blood pressure. Sweet potatoes can enhance immunity, vision health and weight loss.

Cons:

As with everything, use in moderation. Don’t go overboard. Potatoes are often deep fried, doused in oil and salt which can deplete their nutritional value. Instead, opt for baked, or you can make your own homemade fries.

Cabbage

Red cabbage is different from green cabbage… in more than just color.

Benefits:

Red cabbage contains a more powerful nutritional profile than green cabbage. It helps boost the immune system, can fight inflammation and, when fermented into a great probiotic such as kimchi (both red or green), it helps promote a healthy gut. ๐Ÿ™‚ It also contains even more Vitamin C than oranges!

Green cabbage does contain about twice as much Vitamin K as red cabbage.

Cons:

Again, too much of a good thing could turn into too much of a bad thing. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Corned Beef

Benefits:ย

If it is made properly, corned beef can be a good source of protein, zinc and iron.

Cons:ย

You can run into problems with a lot of the store bought cuts of corned beef meat, as you can usually find it full of artificial additives, chemicals and lots of sodium (but not the kind you want in your diet).

However, you could opt for a healthier corned beef recipe to make your Irish feast complete!

Happy cooking and…

HAPPY SAINT PADDY’S DAY!!!!!ย

6 Great Smelling Oils for the Holidays

Bottles Of Essential Oil On A Wooden Christmas Background With M

Diffusing oils can have a dual purpose. Not only does it get your house smelling lovely during the holidays and get you all excited for all the Christmas festivities, but certain oils can also help keep you healthy and improve your mood during all the craziness and running around these days.

So, without further ado, here are some holiday favorites to pop into your diffuser and start smelling! ๐Ÿ™‚

1. Cinnamon

Apple pie, pumpkin pie, snickerdoodles, sweet potatoes, etc. Many of our favorite holiday dishes contain cinnamon. It’s one of the top smells that remind us of Christmas and the holidays. It is also a good cleaning agent and can help support the immune system.

Caution: This is a hot oil that can cause skin or nose irritation if inhaled direction from diffuser or bottle. Also, if you want to apply this topically, avoid putting it on your skin without a carrier oil (coconut oil is a favorite carrier).

2. Pine

Smells like a Christmas tree AND can support and help the respiratory system? Great combo! This is also a good one to mix with a few drops of cinnamon or orange.

3. Orange

It may not seem like orange would be a holiday oil, but this not only can help give your immune system some support… it also mixes wonderfully with Cinnamon or Wintergreen oil for a delicious holiday blend. ๐Ÿ™‚

4. Peppermint

I think we can all agree that peppermint is a smell that reminds us of Christmas time. This is a favorite to diffuse, not only for its wonderful smell, but also for its immune boosting and mood lifting abilities. It may also help improve respiratory issues.

5. Four Thieves Blend

This one has so many benefits! This already smells like the holidays, plus it has other great benefits… but I think that helping toย  support the immune system should be right at the top of your list during Christmas and all of the related events. ๐Ÿ™‚

6. Wintergreen

What a perfect name for the wintertime! Mix a few drops with a few drops of Orange oil for a great immune booster and a nice comfortable winter smell. OR… it can stand on its own feet, as well. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Happy diffusing and Merry Christmas!!

4 Simple Ingredients to Replace the Toxins in Your Home

Bucket With Sponges, Chemicals Bottles, Mopping Stick, Rubber Gl

Our cleaning products are some of the most toxic products we use on a daily basis. From bleach in the bathroom to the soap on our dishes. While we think we are making things cleaner for us and our loved ones and making our homes more pleasant to live in… we are actually making it worse.

Slowly harming ourselves, we are, hmm. ๐Ÿ™‚

Here are FIVE natural products you can use to replace your old toxic cleaners:

Natural cleaning products:ย

  • Baking Soda – It’s gentle, but it works great for picking up dirt and grim. Great for tubs, appliances, sinks, plastic and even teeth! It also can help get rid of smells because of it’s ability to neutralize odors instead of just masking them.
  • Vinegar – The acidity in vinegar makes it very effective for counteracting lots of icky buildup (soap scum in the bathtub is one of my favorites). Though it is effective, vinegar can have too strong of a smell for many people, which brings me two the next two products! ๐Ÿ™‚
  • Orange oil – Can be a great help against stubborn grease stains, and it smells really good while it’s working, too. ;P
  • Lemon oil – Eliminates odors and gives off an invigorating fragrance. Cutting up some lemons and running them through the garbage disposal can make your sink smell pretty nice. ๐Ÿ™‚

Cleaning is not always fun. How many of us can say we wake up every day super excited for a day of cleaning? No one? Thought so.

But having the better products, for your house and body, CAN actually make it a bit more enjoyable. So gather your products and go… have fun cleaning! ๐Ÿ˜€
