This is the very first video I made and it is about subtle energy. We are all electrical beings and by touching, we can have energy pass through us. It’s not rocket science and in fact, is common knowledge. It’s been my experience that many of us have forgotten about it. It is THIS electric field that is being tested through during a BioEnergetic Assessment.

Chelsea, I LOVE your demonstration about energy using that ball! I will show it to my husband who doesn’t believe we are made of “energy”!!
